Collaborate with peers to develop code, troubleshoot, enhance, and document components, as per the requirements and detailed design

Translate requirements into functional specifications, and coordinate design phases, while identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues

Review technical design documents, understand how the design will be used in the code development process, and facilitate meetings to design, troubleshoot, and execute projects

Participate in walkthrough reviews of technical specifications, programs, code, and unit test plans

Conduct thorough unit testing, often developing and leveraging automated unit testing frameworks, and improve performance of single functions through performance tuning

Plan design/implementation activities, ensure technical solution quality, provide third-level support for various technologies, and drive technical platform evolution and improvements

Estimate activities/tasks required to perform design, coding, and unit testing

Develop new user-facing features by taking Figma designs and requirements set by a Product team and developing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code

Write maintainable, self-documenting, and testable React code for web

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide estimates

Collaborate with other stakeholders, while setting expectations around execution and completion

Continuous professional development by having monthly one-on-ones with your manager to ensure you are receiving training for new skills, achieving your goals, aligning with business goals, and understanding your impact with the work you're delivering.
